Multidisciplinary Artist, Pastry Chef and Healer

I am Ernesto Piloto Marquez—a multidisciplinary artist and metaphysical healer, born in Cuba and now rooted in the vibrant city of St. Petersburg, Florida.

My journey began with flavors and forms, studying Culinary Arts at the National Culinary School and graduating from Cuba’s prestigious “San Alejandro” Fine Art National Academy. Early on, I learned that both the kitchen and the canvas held the same transformative potential—to tell stories, awaken emotion, and connect with something deeper.

Over time, my path has unfolded into something much greater than either field alone. Through personal discovery, I was drawn to the unseen—the metaphysical, the energetic, the spiritual. This calling led me to become a Master/Teacher in Reiki, a Spiritual Coach Leader, and a practitioner of Chakra Ascension, Crystal Healing, and other transformative modalities. With these tools, I found not just healing for myself—but a way to guide others toward their own inner awakening.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of visual art, culinary expression, and the metaphysical. Each creation is an invitation to reflect, to sense, and to transform—not only through the eyes and palate, but through the energy of the spirit. I weave symbols and sensory experiences to awaken dormant energies, challenge conditioned beliefs, and guide others toward self-discovery and inner light. At its core, my work encourages each person to reconnect with their power as a co-creator in this universe.

Art, to me, is a mirror. Through it, I ask: how can we shift our perceptions? How do our conditioned beliefs shape the world we see—and how do we transcend them?

My mission is to awaken consciousness—gently, but powerfully. To help others move from fear-based survival into excitement, presence, and light. My latest work encourages a journey inward, a return to the self—not as a passive observer, but as the creative force behind one’s own reality.
